This event group covers a Best-of-3 Overwatch match between Crazy Raccoon and ZANSIDE GAMING in the OCS Korea Stage 2 Group Stage, scheduled for June 12, 2026 at 7:00 AM ET. Markets track the overall match winner, individual game winners (Game 1 and Game 2), and total games played in the series.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Both platforms apply identical core logic: official Liquipedia source, 50-50 on cancellation or 7-day delay without play, and consistent treatment of forfeits and walkovers.Primary resolution logic: Liquipedia (https://liquipedia.net/overwatch/Main_Page); credible reporting and video evidence if Liquipedia does not publish within 2 hours of match conclusion.

Core resolution logic:

  • Match winner resolves to the team that wins the best-of-3 series.
  • Individual game winners (Game 1, Game 2) resolve based on the winner of that specific game if completed.
  • Games Total O/U 2.5 resolves Over if 3 or more games are played, Under if fewer than 3 games are played.
  • Games won by forfeit, disqualification, walkover, or default count toward the total if the match is completed.
  • If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from scheduled date without a winner determined, all markets resolve 50-50.
  • If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to opponent forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, the match winner market resolves 50-50, but the Games Total market resolves 50-50 only if the clinching game itself is forfeited.
  • If an individual game is not completed for any reason, that game's winner market resolves 50-50.

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • Partial completion with forfeit: If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to opponent forfeiture/disqualification/walkover, the match winner market resolves 50-50. However, if the clinching game is forfeited, the Games Total market counts it as a completed match and resolves based on total games played.
  • Individual game not completed: If Game 1 or Game 2 is not completed for any reason (including match cancellation or 7-day delay), that specific game's winner market resolves 50-50.
  • 7-day delay without play: If the match is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date (June 12, 2026) without play beginning, all markets resolve 50-50.
  • Tie or no winner: If the match ends in a tie or no winner is determined, all markets resolve 50-50.
  • Source publication delay: If Liquipedia does not publish final results within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting and video evidence may be used instead.
Timing: Resolution occurs upon match completion or within 2 hours of match conclusion when official Liquipedia results are published. If Liquipedia does not publish within 2 hours, credible reporting is used. Markets resolve 50-50 if no play begins within 7 days of the scheduled date (June 12, 2026).Our PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules and resolution criteria before placing any trade or bet. If you notice a potential inconsistency, discrepancy, or error in an alert, please report it to our team so we can review and improve the accuracy of our data.

Frequently asked questions

Prediction markets like Polymarket and Kalshi operate independently from traditional sportsbooks and often reflect different liquidity, user bases, and risk models. Sportsbooks typically employ professional oddsmakers and manage liability across many concurrent bets, while prediction markets aggregate decentralized trader sentiment. For the Crazy Raccoon versus ZANSIDE GAMING match, prediction market prices may lead or lag sportsbook lines depending on information flow, regulatory environment, and which venue attracts more esports-focused participants. Direct comparison requires checking both channels in real time.

Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Polymarket and Kalshi serve different trader demographics, operate under distinct regulatory frameworks, and host varying contract structures. Polymarket's Games Total O/U 2.5 contract focuses on match length, while Kalshi's binary win contract isolates Crazy Raccoon's probability. Liquidity concentration, fee structures, and user geography also drive wedges between platforms. Additionally, each venue may attract specialists with different information sets about OCS Korea rosters, recent form, and head-to-head dynamics, causing prices to diverge until arbitrage pressure narrows the gap.

Key catalysts include roster changes, player injuries, or substitutions announced by either team before match day. Recent scrim results, patch updates to the Overwatch client, and meta shifts in hero selection can shift trader expectations about team performance. OCS Korea standings updates and head-to-head records may also influence sentiment. Media coverage, coach interviews, and team statements about preparation or confidence levels often trigger repricing. Finally, any official league postponements or format changes would directly impact market dynamics and resolution timing for this Group Stage fixture.
