This event group covers a best-of-three Overwatch match between Crazy Raccoon and Falcons in the OCS Korea Stage 2 Seeding Decider, scheduled for July 3, 2026 at 5:30 AM ET. Markets span individual game winners (Games 1 and 2), series winner, and total games played, with resolution sourced primarily from Liquipedia.
This market refers to the Overwatch match between Crazy Raccoon and Falcons in the OCS Korea Stage 2 Seeding Decider, initially scheduled for July 3 at 5:30AM ET. This market will resolve to "Crazy Raccoon" if Crazy Raccoon win the match against Falcons. This market will resolve to "Falcons" if Falcons win the match against Crazy Raccoon. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/overwatch/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/overwatch/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
Resolution is determined by the outcome of the OCS Korea Stage 2 2026 match between Falcons and Crazy Raccoon on July 3, 2026. The market resolves to Yes for whichever team wins the match. If neither team wins (draw, cancellation, or other non-decisive outcome), resolution rules not specified here would apply.
Prediction markets like those tracked here operate on peer-to-peer pricing rather than traditional sportsbook margins. Traders directly set odds by buying and selling shares, which often reflects sharper, less-constrained probability estimates than conventional betting lines. Sportsbooks build in juice and risk management, whereas prediction markets aggregate distributed knowledge with minimal intermediation. For esports events like this one, prediction market prices can diverge significantly from sportsbook odds due to different liquidity pools, participant expertise, and real-time adjustment speeds.
Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform attracts distinct trader demographics and operates under different contract structures. Polymarket segments outcomes by individual games, encouraging granular analysis, while Kalshi bundles the series result into a single contract. Liquidity concentration, fee structures, and user interface design also influence price discovery. Arbitrage opportunities between the two platforms can persist temporarily, especially in lower-volume esports markets where cross-platform monitoring is less active.
Team roster changes, player injuries, or last-minute lineup announcements could shift odds significantly before the match begins. Recent scrim results, patch updates affecting hero balance, and public statements from team coaches or players often influence trader sentiment. Betting volume spikes and sharp money flowing toward one side can also trigger rapid repricing. In the hours immediately before the match, final odds typically tighten as uncertainty resolves and late-arriving information is priced in.
