On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous trading mechanism where users buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of these shares directly reflects the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, indicating a growing belief in its likelihood. Conversely, increased selling pressure lowers the price. This dynamic process ensures that the market price constantly adjusts to incorporate new information and changing sentiment among traders.
This market resolves around Oct 4, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Osadchyi vs. Patalakha match as reported by recognized sports authorities. Traders will be able to see the final outcome reflected in the market, and winning shares will be redeemable at the predetermined payout rate. This ensures a transparent and verifiable resolution process for all participants in this market.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before resolution. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in coaching strategies, or unexpected performance in prior matches could shift trader sentiment.
