All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market’s current probability assessment of that outcome. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the prices adjust accordingly. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market's price movements are driven entirely by supply and demand; if many traders believe a particular score is likely, the price of shares representing that outcome will increase, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the collective intelligence of its participants.
This market resolves around Sep 19, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the Orlando Pride vs. Portland Thorns match, specifically the exact score, will determine the winning shares. Resolution will occur after the completion of the game and the official score is published by the relevant sporting authorities. Traders holding shares in the correct exact score will be entitled to a payout based on the market’s pricing at the time of resolution.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in team lineups, or shifts in coaching strategies could significantly impact predictions. Unexpected weather conditions on game day could also play a role, potentially favoring one team over the other. Furthermore, public sentiment and media coverage surrounding the teams and individual players can influence trading activity and, consequently, market prices. Major upsets in other related matches might also cause traders to reassess their probabilities.
