Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Polymarket and Kalshi both resolve based on the official match outcome after 90 minutes plus stoppage time on March 22, 2026, with identical handling of postponements and cancellations.
Primary resolution logic:
Official Ligue 1 statistics as recognized by the governing body or event organizers; if unavailable within 2 hours post-match, credible reporting consensus may be used.
Core resolution logic:
The match outcome is determined solely by the result after 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalties.
Exactly one of three mutually exclusive outcomes will occur: Marseille wins, Lille wins, or the match ends in a draw.
If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the match is completed.
If the match is canceled with no make-up game, the draw market resolves YES and the win markets resolve NO.
Each platform offers three complementary markets that collectively cover all possible outcomes: Marseille win, Lille win, and draw.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open and unresolved until the match is completed on its rescheduled date.
Cancellation Without Make-Up: If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game scheduled, the draw market resolves YES and both win markets resolve NO.
Source Timing: If official Ligue 1 statistics are not published within 2 hours after match conclusion, resolution may be based on consensus of credible reporting sources.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official publication of the final match result by Ligue 1 or event organizers, or within 2 hours post-match via credible reporting consensus if official sources are delayed.
