On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price fluctuates based on supply and demand; if more traders believe in an outcome, the price of shares representing that outcome will increase, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the collective intelligence of the traders.
