This market will resolve according to the number of views the latest YouTube video posted by MrBeast gets in the first 72 hours after being posted. This market may not resolve until the 72 hours are complete, regardless of whether a strike is reached earlier. If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket. The resolution source for this market is MrBeast's YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@MrBeast), specifically the 'views' counter for the described video. Note: This market refers to the video titled "I Survived 7 Days in the Arctic", which can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GpQSUjNsNm0. Shorts, previews, or other videos released other than the referenced video will not be considered.
On Polymarket, this event is priced through outcome tokens corresponding to discrete view-count brackets for MrBeast's video on day three. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders buy and sell shares in each outcome, with prices reflecting the collective probability assigned to that range. The market uses an automated market maker or order-book mechanism to determine real-time odds. As day three progresses and actual view counts become known, prices shift to reflect updated expectations. Resolution occurs when the final day-three view count is confirmed, determining which outcome token settles at full value.
The market resolves on Jun 3, 2026. Resolution is determined by the official view count recorded on the MrBeast video's YouTube analytics at the end of the third full calendar day following its release. The outcome is based on the total cumulative views displayed by YouTube at that timestamp, which serves as the ground truth for settlement. Once the final view count is confirmed and matched to the corresponding outcome bracket, the market settles and winning positions are paid out accordingly.
Several factors can shift market odds for day-three views. Early view velocity in hours one and two provides strong signals about trajectory; faster-than-expected growth typically raises day-three forecasts. YouTube algorithmic promotion, trending status, and homepage placement significantly amplify reach. Social media virality, celebrity mentions, or unexpected controversy can accelerate or dampen viewership. Competing content releases or platform outages may also influence the outcome. Real-time view-count updates throughout day three allow traders to continuously recalibrate their positions, making this market highly responsive to emerging performance data.
