Kalshi

Resolution is determined by which player wins set 1 in the Nuno Borges vs Tristan Boyer match at 2026 Wimbledon Men's Singles Round of 128. If the match does not occur before play begins due to injury, walkover, forfeiture, or cancellation, the market resolves to fair price. If postponed or delayed, the market remains open and closes after the rescheduled match concludes within two weeks. If a player retires, markets that can be unconditionally settled based on completed play resolve accordingly; those that cannot are resolved to fair market price at the Exchange's discretion.

Frequently asked questions

The Borges vs Boyer Set 1 winner market dashboard on Kalshi tracks real-time odds and price movements for this tennis matchup. You can monitor the current implied probability for each player to win the opening set, view historical price charts, and follow trading volume throughout the market's lifetime. The dashboard displays live updates as traders adjust their positions, giving you a continuous snapshot of how the market is pricing each outcome relative to the other.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and protect their margin, while prediction markets aggregate the beliefs of traders risking real capital on outcomes. For this market, comparing the implied probability here to major sportsbook lines on the same set winner can reveal whether traders are pricing the matchup differently—sometimes prediction markets move faster on new information, and sometimes they lag behind sharp sportsbook adjustments.

On Kalshi, this market is priced through an order-book mechanism where traders buy and sell contracts representing each player's chances of winning Set 1. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each contract reflects the collective assessment of all active traders; as new information emerges or sentiment shifts, bids and asks adjust accordingly. Your position's value fluctuates with the market price in real time, and you can exit or adjust your stake at any moment during trading hours.

This market resolves around Jun 29, 2026, once the Borges vs Boyer match concludes and the Set 1 winner is confirmed. The outcome will be verified against credible public sources covering professional tennis. Your position will settle based on which player actually won the first set, with no ambiguity once the result is official and reported by established sports media.

Several factors could shift this market significantly before resolution. Recent player form, head-to-head history, and court surface preference all influence trader sentiment. Injury reports, weather conditions on match day, and pre-match commentary from analysts can trigger sharp repricing. Betting action from professional syndicates or sudden shifts in public perception also drive volume and odds. As the match approaches, real-time developments—such as player warmup performance or lineup confirmations—often spark late volatility in the final hours.
