If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

Prediction market odds in this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect the aggregated beliefs of informed traders rather than set bookmaker margins. While sportsbooks may adjust odds to guarantee profitability and incorporate broader public sentiment, prediction markets price outcomes based on detailed analysis and real-time trading activity. This can lead to tighter spreads and more nuanced pricing, especially for specific score outcomes.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders set the odds for this market through a logarithmic market design that balances buy and sell orders. The current top outcome reflects the aggregate expectations of all participants, with liquidity and volume influencing how prices shift. As new information emerges — such as injuries or weather updates — the market adjusts dynamically based solely on Polymarket user activity.
This market resolves around Aug 30, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score reported by official league sources will determine which exact score outcome is settled, closing all positions based on the match’s confirmed result.
Injuries to key players, weather conditions affecting play, and tactical changes by coaches can all shift expectations for the final score and move this market. Additionally, early goal developments during the match may cause rapid reassessments of possible scorelines, influencing odds and trading patterns right up until the final whistle.
