Description

Two professional Counter-Strike teams, NIP and Astralis, compete in a best-of-three series during a major esports tournament. The second map determines whether NIP secures a crucial victory or if Astralis equalizes the match.

Kalshi

This event resolves based on the outcome of map 2 in the Esports World Cup 2026 NIP vs. Astralis CS2 match scheduled for August 16, 2026, at 7:00 AM EDT. If NIP wins the map, the first market resolves to Yes; if Astralis wins, the second market resolves to Yes. If the match or map is postponed beyond 48 hours, cancelled, or forfeited before play begins, both markets resolve to the fair market price. If a map begins and is later forfeited, resolution follows the official result from the governing body.
