If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds often reflect a more accurate aggregate forecast than traditional sportsbook odds. This is because prediction markets incentivize participants to reveal their true beliefs, while sportsbooks may factor in profit margins and biases. While direct comparisons require examining specific sportsbook lines at the time of trading, it's common to see this market’s probabilities diverge from initial sportsbook offerings, especially as more information becomes available and the event draws closer. The wisdom of the crowd tends to refine the probabilities over time, potentially identifying mispriced outcomes.
This market resolves around Sep 19, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score of the first half of the Newcastle United FC vs. Hull City AFC match will be used to determine the winning share. Resolution will depend on official sources reporting the exact first-half score, ensuring an objective and transparent determination of the outcome. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on the final result.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Newcastle United or Hull City would likely have a significant impact. Changes in team formations or tactical approaches announced before the match could also move the market. Even weather conditions on match day could play a role, influencing the style of play and potentially affecting the score. Unexpected pre-match analysis from respected football commentators could also sway trader sentiment, leading to price adjustments.
