If New York Y scores more runs in the first inning, the 'New York Y wins 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. If Arizona scores more runs in the same inning, the 'Arizona wins 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs, the 'Tie 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. In all cases, only runs scored during the first inning are considered. If the game is called before the first inning is completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price.
