If New York M scores more runs in the 7th inning, that market resolves to Yes. If Washington scores more runs in the same inning, its corresponding market resolves to Yes. Should neither team score more runs than the other—meaning the inning ends in a tie—the tie market resolves to Yes. Only runs scored during the 7th inning are considered for resolution. If the game is called before the 7th inning is completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price.
