If a player is scratched, not in the starting lineup, or fails to record a plate appearance, the market resolves at the fair market price. Markets settle exclusively for players who start the game and record at least one plate appearance, with the outcome determined by whether the player achieves the specified hit threshold (1+, 2+, 3+, or 4+) during their participation in the game.
