This event covers team total runs scored in the Netherlands vs Bangladesh Women's T20 World Cup cricket match scheduled for June 14, 2026. Bettors predict whether each team will exceed specific run thresholds during their innings in this international cricket competition.
Resolution is based on the actual total runs scored by each team during the Netherlands vs Bangladesh Women's T20 World Cup match originally scheduled for June 14, 2026 at 5:30 AM EDT. If the match is cancelled before play begins or delayed more than 48 hours from the scheduled start time, all markets resolve to fair market price as determined by the Exchange. If play commences but no official result is declared (including via DLS method), markets resolve to fair market price, except for statistics already definitively achieved, which resolve on recorded results. If the match is shortened with an official result declared through ICC-approved methods such as DLS, statistical markets resolve based on actual recorded statistics only, without projections or adjustments.
Prediction market odds on platforms like Kalshi often diverge from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect real-time trader sentiment rather than a bookmaker's fixed margin. Sportsbooks adjust odds to balance liability and lock in profit; prediction markets adjust based on continuous buying and selling by informed participants. This market may offer sharper pricing on run totals than conventional betting sites, especially as new information emerges closer to match time. Comparing the two can reveal value opportunities, though liquidity and settlement certainty differ between venues.
On Kalshi, this market is priced through an order-book mechanism where traders submit bids and asks for yes or no contracts tied to specific run-total thresholds. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The platform matches buyers and sellers in real time, and the midpoint of the spread reflects the consensus probability. As new information surfaces—team lineups, weather, injury reports—traders adjust their orders, causing the price to move. You can trade at any time before the market closes, locking in your position at the prevailing market rate.
This market resolves around Jun 14, 2026, once the Netherlands vs Bangladesh match concludes and the final run totals are verified against credible public sources. The outcome is determined by the actual runs scored by each team during the match, with no ambiguity in how runs are counted under standard cricket rules. Resolution typically occurs within hours of match completion, allowing traders to see results quickly. Until that point, prices may fluctuate based on live match developments and trader expectations.
Team announcements—such as player injuries, lineup changes, or roster decisions—can shift odds significantly before the match begins. Weather forecasts and pitch reports may influence run-scoring expectations, as conditions affect ball movement and batting difficulty. Historical head-to-head performance, recent form, and venue-specific trends also drive trader positioning. Once play starts, live match events like early wickets, aggressive batting, or bowling breakthroughs will cause rapid repricing. News about player availability or last-minute tactical shifts can create sudden volatility in this market.
