On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of these shares directly reflects the implied probability of each outcome, with higher prices indicating greater confidence. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price is determined solely by supply and demand; as more traders believe Mytsyk Oleksandr will win, the price of shares representing that outcome will increase, and vice versa for Melnykov Volodymyr. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the collective intelligence of its participants.
This market resolves around Sep 14, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result will be based on the official result declared by the relevant boxing authorities. The platform will then verify the outcome against these sources to determine which outcome is settled as the winner of the Mytsyk vs. Melnykov match. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will be entitled to a payout based on the final market price at resolution.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market. News regarding injuries to either fighter, changes in their training regimens, or even significant shifts in public perception could all cause the odds to move. Unexpected announcements about the fight’s location or rules could also have an impact. Furthermore, any information suggesting a potential advantage for one fighter over the other, such as reports on their recent sparring sessions or physical condition, could lead to increased trading activity and a corresponding shift in the market’s price.
