It will resolve based on which team leads at the end of the first 45 minutes plus any added stoppage time, or if the half ends in a tie. The result reflects the competitive performance of each team during the initial segment of the game.

The event resolves based on the first half result of the Motherwell vs Freiburg professional Conference League soccer match scheduled for August 20, 2026. If Motherwell scores more goals than Freiburg in the first half (including stoppage time), the 'Motherwell wins 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. If Freiburg scores more goals than Motherwell, the 'Freiburg wins 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of goals, or if no goals are scored, the 'Tie 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. If the match is canceled or rescheduled to more than 48 hours beyond the original date, the market will resolve to a fair price as determined by the rules. The outcome depends solely on the first half performance, with no consideration for the full match result.
