In the upcoming UEFA Europa Conference League game between Motherwell FC and HB, scheduled for July 23, 2026 at 2:45 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Motherwell FC vs. HB match originally scheduled for July 23, 2026 at 2:45 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different pricing mechanisms. Sportsbooks set odds to balance their book and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets are priced by traders wagering real capital on outcomes they believe will occur. This market aggregates the collective forecast of thousands of independent traders, which can sometimes reveal information or consensus that traditional sportsbooks have not yet fully incorporated. However, sportsbook odds remain a useful benchmark for comparison. Neither source is inherently more accurate; each serves different purposes depending on whether you prioritize liquidity, margin transparency, or established brand reputation.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader buy and sell orders into real-time probabilities for each exact score outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As traders deposit capital to back a particular scoreline, the price for that outcome rises, and the prices of competing outcomes adjust downward to maintain the market's internal consistency. The current leading outcome reflects the highest trader conviction at this moment. Prices remain fluid until the match concludes, allowing you to enter or exit positions at any time before resolution. This continuous pricing model ensures transparent, fair-value discovery driven entirely by participant demand.
This market resolves around Jul 23, 2026, once the Motherwell vs. HB match has concluded and the final scoreline is verified against credible public sources. The outcome is determined by the exact number of goals scored by each team during regular play. No adjustments are made for extra time or penalty shootouts unless the match format explicitly requires them. Resolution typically occurs within hours of the final whistle, once the official result is confirmed and published by relevant football authorities. Traders should monitor official match reports to ensure accuracy before the market settles.
Team news—injuries, suspensions, or lineup changes—can significantly shift odds for different scorelines, particularly if key attacking or defensive players are unavailable. Recent form, head-to-head history, and home-field advantage also influence trader positioning. Weather conditions on match day may favor certain playing styles and affect goal-scoring likelihood. Betting syndicates and sharp traders often move the market in the hours before kickoff as they deploy larger positions based on their own analysis. Live match events, such as early goals or red cards, will cause rapid repricing once the fixture begins. Monitor team news and pre-match analysis to anticipate how this market might evolve.
