In the upcoming USL Championship game between Monterey Bay FC and Phoenix Rising FC, scheduled for September 5, 2026 at 10:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Monterey Bay FC vs. Phoenix Rising FC match originally scheduled for September 5, 2026 at 10:00 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds in this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines due to community-driven pricing and sharper, updated probabilities. While sportsbooks may set broader lines for betting convenience, prediction markets let traders fine-tune outcomes based on evolving insights, news, and team form. This can lead to more volatile pricing, especially as new data emerges, making this market a dynamic reflection of real-time sentiment rather than static odds.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders collectively set the price for each possible scoreline through buying and selling shares. The current probability for each outcome is derived from the market’s share prices, with the top outcome often showing a dominant chance. Liquidity and recent bets influence these prices, allowing rapid adjustments as the match approaches and new information becomes available to participants.
This market resolves around Sep 6, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score reported by official match organizers and trusted sports news outlets will determine which exact score share holders receive, closing the market based on confirmed results.
Injuries, weather conditions, coaching strategies, and recent team performance trends could shift this market as the match nears. Key moments such as lineup announcements, player fitness updates, or tactical changes may cause rapid price swings, reflecting new probabilities for each possible scoreline. Traders will react to any news that impacts the expected course or outcome of the game.
