Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, which represents their profit margin. This market, driven by the collective wisdom of traders, aims to reflect the true probability of an outcome, though biases can still exist. It's common to see discrepancies between the two, especially as new information emerges or public sentiment shifts. Comparing the two can be a useful exercise for informed decision-making.
