This market refers to the Mobile Legends Bang Bang match between Victory Song Gamers and Alpha7 in the Mid Season Cup Wildcard Group A, initially scheduled for July 2 at 9:30AM ET. This market will resolve to "Victory Song Gamers" if Victory Song Gamers win the match against Alpha7. This market will resolve to "Alpha7" if Alpha7 win the match against Victory Song Gamers. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/mobilelegends/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/mobilelegends/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they operate under different incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance liability and extract margin, while prediction markets rely on traders staking real capital to express genuine beliefs about outcomes. This market aggregates dispersed information from esports analysts, team performance data, and recent form, potentially offering a more dynamic real-time assessment than static sportsbook lines. Comparing the two can reveal whether consensus leans bullish or bearish on either competitor.
On Polymarket, traders directly set prices through an automated market maker mechanism, where each outcome's price reflects the cumulative conviction of all participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The odds you see represent the implied probability that Victory Song Gamers or Alpha7 will emerge victorious in this best-of-one encounter. As new match information surfaces—roster changes, recent tournament results, or strategic shifts—traders adjust their positions, causing prices to move fluidly. This continuous repricing ensures the market stays responsive to evolving circumstances.
This market resolves around Jul 2, 2026, once the match concludes and the winner is verified against credible public sources. The outcome hinges on which team secures victory in the single best-of-one game within the Mid Season Cup Wildcard Group A bracket. Resolution occurs after the match result is officially confirmed by the esports league or tournament organizers, ensuring accuracy before payouts are distributed to winning traders.
Key catalysts include roster announcements, recent scrim results, patch changes affecting champion viability, and injury or availability updates for key players. Tournament momentum—how each team performed in earlier matches—can shift trader sentiment significantly. Meta shifts in Mobile Legends, coaching adjustments, or public statements from team leadership may also influence odds. Closer to match day, live draft analysis and pre-game commentary from esports analysts often trigger final repricing as traders incorporate last-minute strategic insights.
