This market refers to the Mobile Legends Bang Bang match between The MongolZ and King of Gamers Club in the Mid Season Cup Wildcard Group A, initially scheduled for July 1 at 9:30AM ET. This market will resolve to "The MongolZ" if The MongolZ win the match against King of Gamers Club. This market will resolve to "King of Gamers Club" if King of Gamers Club win the match against The MongolZ. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/mobilelegends/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/mobilelegends/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance liability and extract margin, while prediction markets aggregate decentralized trader beliefs in real time. This market may show higher or lower implied probabilities than major sportsbooks, depending on whether professional bettors or casual traders dominate activity. Comparing the two can reveal arbitrage opportunities or signal where informed money is flowing, though transaction costs and market depth differ significantly between venues.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker pool. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current implied probability reflects the ratio of yes-share liquidity to total liquidity; as traders accumulate positions, the price adjusts continuously. Slippage increases with order size relative to available depth, so large trades move the price more than small ones. Fees apply to each transaction, and prices can shift rapidly in response to news, competing markets, or shifts in trader conviction about the match outcome.
This market resolves around Jul 1, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome is determined by the final score and winner of the Mobile Legends Bang Bang competition in the specified tournament round. Resolution occurs after official confirmation from the tournament organizer or widely recognized esports reporting outlets. Traders should monitor official announcements and live coverage to anticipate resolution timing and avoid holding positions through unexpected delays or disputes.
Key catalysts include roster announcements, player injuries or substitutions, recent tournament performance by either team, and meta shifts in the game patch. Pre-match interviews and team statements can shift trader sentiment about preparation and confidence. Live match developments—early kills, objective control, and momentum swings—typically drive the largest price moves as the event unfolds. Additionally, community predictions, analyst commentary, and betting action on competing platforms may influence Polymarket traders' conviction, especially if new information contradicts prevailing market expectations.
