This market refers to the Mobile Legends Bang Bang match between The Huns Esports and Niightmare Esports in the Mid Season Cup Wildcard Group B, initially scheduled for July 2 at 7:15AM ET. This market will resolve to "The Huns Esports" if The Huns Esports win the match against Niightmare Esports. This market will resolve to "Niightmare Esports" if Niightmare Esports win the match against The Huns Esports. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/mobilelegends/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/mobilelegends/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and manage risk, while prediction markets are driven by trader consensus and real-money conviction. This market may show higher or lower implied probabilities than major sportsbooks, depending on which side attracts more capital. Comparing the two can reveal where smart money disagrees with bookmaker pricing. Traders often use sportsbook lines as a reference point to identify potential value in prediction markets, though neither source is inherently more accurate.
On Polymarket, traders set prices through an automated market maker and order book, with each outcome represented as a tradable contract. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current implied probability reflects the cumulative bets placed on each team, with The Huns Esports showing strong conviction among traders. Prices update continuously as new orders execute, and liquidity pools allow traders to enter or exit positions at transparent rates. The spread between bid and ask prices indicates market tightness; tighter spreads suggest higher confidence and deeper liquidity. As the match date approaches, volatility may increase if breaking news or roster changes emerge.
This market resolves around Jul 2, 2026, once the match concludes and the winner is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome is determined by the final result of the best-of-one contest between the two teams. No replays or appeals will alter the resolution; the first team to secure victory in the single game wins the market. Traders should monitor official tournament broadcasts and announcements to confirm the result. Resolution typically occurs within hours of match completion, allowing traders to settle their positions promptly.
Key catalysts include roster announcements, player injuries, or last-minute substitutions that could shift perceived team strength. Recent tournament results or scrim performances may influence trader confidence in either side. Meta shifts in the Mobile Legends patch or hero bans could favor one team's playstyle over the other. Social media sentiment, coach statements, or analyst predictions can trigger rapid repricing as new information spreads. Odds may also tighten as the match approaches and uncertainty decreases. Any unexpected news about tournament format changes or scheduling delays could create volatility in this market.
