This market refers to the Mobile Legends Bang Bang Round 1 match between Team Spirit Academy White and Omnix in the BetBoom Rise of Legends Close Qualifiers, initially scheduled for June 15 at 2:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "Team Spirit Academy White" if Team Spirit Academy White win the match against Omnix. This market will resolve to "Omnix" if Omnix win the match against Team Spirit Academy White. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/mobilelegends/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/mobilelegends/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction markets and traditional sportsbooks price events differently because they operate on distinct mechanisms. Sportsbooks set odds based on internal models and manage risk through margin, while prediction markets like this one derive prices from real-time trader activity and collective belief. Prediction market odds often reflect broader information aggregation, since thousands of participants continuously adjust positions based on new data. However, sportsbook odds may incorporate sharper professional analysis and live-betting adjustments. Comparing the two can reveal where the crowd sees value relative to professional bookmakers.
On Polymarket, traders set the odds by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker (AMM) system. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each outcome reflects the cumulative positions of all participants; as more traders back one team, its share price rises and the implied probability increases. This continuous repricing mechanism ensures the market stays responsive to new information, team roster changes, or recent performance updates. Liquidity depth and trading volume influence how quickly prices adjust to major news.
This market resolves around Jun 16, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the match result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution hinges on the final series outcome in the best-of-three format, determined by which team wins the majority of games. Once the BetBoom Rise of Legends Close Qualifiers match concludes and the winner is officially announced, the market will settle accordingly. Traders should monitor official tournament channels and esports news sources for real-time updates.
Several catalysts can shift odds before the match begins. Roster announcements, player substitutions, or injury news involving either team will likely trigger repricing. Recent tournament results and head-to-head records between Team Spirit Academy White and Omnix may also influence trader sentiment. Patch updates to Mobile Legends Bang Bang that alter hero viability or meta strategy can reshape expectations about team strengths. Media coverage, expert predictions, and community sentiment on esports forums all contribute to trading volume and price momentum leading into the qualifier.
