This market refers to the Mobile Legends Bang Bang match between RRQ Hoshi and Alter Ego in the MPL Indonesia Regular Season, initially scheduled for September 19, 2026 at 6:00 AM ET. This market will resolve to "RRQ Hoshi" if RRQ Hoshi win the match against Alter Ego. This market will resolve to "Alter Ego" if Alter Ego win the match against RRQ Hoshi. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before October 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of September 19, 2026 at 6:00 AM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/mobilelegends/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/mobilelegends/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on expert analysis and incorporate a margin for profit, while this market allows anyone to trade on their beliefs. If a significant number of traders believe a sportsbook is undervaluing a particular outcome, they can buy 'yes' shares, driving up the price and potentially creating arbitrage opportunities. It's common to see discrepancies, especially as new information emerges before Sep 19, 2026.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief about the outcome of the RRQ Hoshi versus Alter Ego match. The price of these shares fluctuates based on supply and demand. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, the price increases, indicating a higher probability assigned to that result. Conversely, selling pressure lowers the price. This dynamic pricing reflects the collective intelligence of the market participants.
This market resolves around Sep 19, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Mobile Legends Bang Bang MPL Indonesia Regular Season match between RRQ Hoshi and Alter Ego, as declared by the tournament organizers. The winning team of the BO3 series will determine the winning outcome in this market, and all shares will be settled accordingly following official confirmation.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market before Sep 19, 2026. Unexpected announcements regarding player availability, changes in team strategies, or even strong performances in preceding matches could all shift market sentiment. News about team morale, coaching decisions, or any controversies surrounding either RRQ Hoshi or Alter Ego could also trigger price movements. Ultimately, any information that alters perceptions of the teams' relative strengths will likely impact trading activity.
