This market refers to the Mobile Legends Bang Bang match between King of Gamers Club and FUT Esports in the Mid Season Cup Wildcard Group A, initially scheduled for July 2 at 10:15AM ET. This market will resolve to "King of Gamers Club" if King of Gamers Club win the match against FUT Esports. This market will resolve to "FUT Esports" if FUT Esports win the match against King of Gamers Club. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/mobilelegends/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/mobilelegends/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets like this one are driven by trader conviction and real-money risk. Analysts and sharp bettors may favor one venue over another based on liquidity, fee structures, and perceived edge. For esports matchups, prediction markets can sometimes price outcomes more efficiently than sportsbooks because the crowd includes dedicated gaming enthusiasts with deep knowledge of team dynamics and meta shifts.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker system. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current implied probability reflects the aggregate belief of all active traders at any given moment. As new information surfaces—such as player announcements, patch updates, or earlier tournament results—traders adjust their positions, moving the price up or down. This continuous repricing mechanism means the market price tends to incorporate available information faster than traditional betting venues, though liquidity and trading volume can influence how quickly prices adjust to significant news.
This market resolves around Jul 2, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will reflect which team wins the best-of-one encounter in the Mid Season Cup Wildcard Group A stage. Resolution occurs after the official broadcast or tournament organizer confirms the final score, ensuring accuracy before payouts are distributed. Traders should monitor the event schedule and any official announcements from the esports organization running the tournament to stay informed on exact timing.
Several factors could shift odds before the match concludes. Last-minute roster changes, player substitutions, or injury announcements can significantly alter expectations. Patch updates to Mobile Legends Bang Bang may favor one team's preferred heroes or playstyle over the other. Earlier matches in the Wildcard Group A stage could reveal form, momentum, or strategic adjustments that inform trader sentiment. Tournament bracket developments, team statements, or analyst commentary on social media may also influence market pricing. Real-time in-game events during the match itself—such as early kills or objective control—could trigger sharp trading activity if the market remains open during play.
