On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of these shares directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more shares purchased for a particular outcome, the higher its price rises, indicating increased confidence. Conversely, selling shares decreases the price, suggesting waning confidence. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the collective intelligence of all participants.
