Settlement is based on the combined total of hits, runs, and RBIs recorded by the specified player during the game. If the player is scratched or not included in the starting lineup, the market resolves to fair market price. If the player starts but records no plate appearances, it also resolves to fair market price. If the player enters the game as a pinch hitter after not starting, pinch hit at-bats do not count and the market resolves to fair market price. Only plate appearances as a starting player count toward settlement.
