For the ninth inning of the game, participants will evaluate whether the combined runs scored by both teams exceed specified thresholds. The focus is on late-game scoring dynamics.

Kalshi

The market resolves based on the total runs scored by both teams in the 9th inning. If the combined runs exceed 0.5, the 'Over 0.5 runs in the 9th inning' market resolves to Yes. If the combined runs exceed 1.5, the 'Over 1.5 runs in the 9th inning' market resolves to Yes. Only runs scored during the 9th inning count. If the game is called before the 9th inning is completed, markets resolve to a Fair Price. The market resolves based on runs scored in the 9th inning even if the home team does not bat, unless the inning is incomplete due to an early game cancellation.
