Each market corresponds to a different player and hit threshold (e.g., 1+, 2+, 3+ hits). If the player is scratched, not in the starting lineup, or fails to record a plate appearance, the market resolves to the fair market price. Pinch-hit at-bats are excluded from consideration. Only players who start and record at least one plate appearance contribute to the settlement, which depends solely on whether they meet or exceed their designated hit threshold during the game.
