This event is for the upcoming EFL Championship game, scheduled for Saturday, September 5, 2026 between Millwall FC and Bolton Wanderers FC.
The event determines the winner of the Bolton vs Lincoln professional EFL Championship soccer match originally scheduled for August 29, 2026. The market resolves based on the result after 90 minutes of play plus any stoppage time, excluding extra time or penalty shootouts. If Bolton wins within this timeframe, the 'Bolton' market resolves to Yes. If Lincoln wins, the 'Lincoln' market resolves to Yes. If the match ends in a tie after regulation time, the 'Tie' market resolves to Yes. Should the game be cancelled or rescheduled to more than 48 hours beyond the original date, all markets will resolve to a fair price as determined by the platform rules. The platform explicitly states it is not affiliated with the governing league, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
This market resolves to "YES" if the listed club wins after 90 minutes plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalty shootouts, in the match scheduled for August 29, 2026, 14:00 UTC. Otherwise, it will resolve to "NO." If the match is postponed, this market will remain open until the match has been completed. If the match is not completed as scheduled for any reason (for example, if it is abandoned, canceled, or awarded), and an official final result is recognized by the governing body or event organizers, this market will resolve based on that result. If no official final result is recognized and no make-up match is scheduled, this market will resolve "NO." Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
Prediction market odds on this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines due to varied participant dynamics and pricing mechanisms. While sportsbooks may set lines based on broader public betting trends and adjusted margins, prediction markets let traders bet directly on outcomes, incorporating real-time information and diverse participant insights. This can lead to more nuanced pricing, especially when niche or forward-looking factors influence expectations. Comparing the two offers a broader perspective on how different groups assess probabilities for this event.
