On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders collectively set the odds through their bets, which determines the current implied probability for each possible outcome. The top outcome’s chance reflects the aggregate sentiment of participants, with price adjustments happening in real time based on new trading activity. This decentralized pricing mechanism allows market participants to express their expectations freely.
