In the upcoming EFL Championship game between Middlesbrough FC and Millwall FC, scheduled for September 8, 2026 at 2:45 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Middlesbrough FC vs. Millwall FC match originally scheduled for September 8, 2026 at 2:45 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

Prediction market odds in this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect crowd-sourced probabilities rather than set bookmaker margins. Traders on Polymarket can react instantly to news, form, and injury updates, which may create sharper or more volatile pricing compared to sportsbooks that adjust less frequently. For example, a sudden change in lineup could shift this market’s implied probabilities more dramatically than sportsbook odds, offering different risk-reward dynamics for bettors.
This market resolves around Sep 15, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score shown in official match records will determine the winning outcome, and traders can track confirmed results through Polymarket’s resolution updates. No manual intervention is needed — the market settles automatically once the match concludes and the score is widely reported.
Injuries, weather conditions, and late lineup changes could all shift this market as the match nears. Key moments like a star player being ruled out or a manager’s tactical comments may cause rapid re-pricing, especially on Polymarket where traders react in real time. Additionally, early goal updates or momentum swings during the match itself can dramatically alter implied probabilities for under or over-performing scorelines right before Sep 15, 2026.
