This market focuses on determining which team will score more runs specifically in the bottom of the ninth inning of an upcoming baseball game between Miami and Washington. It captures the excitement and strategic shifts that often occur in the final inning, where bullpens are tested and late-game tactics come into play. The outcome depends solely on ninth-inning performance, regardless of the game's earlier results.
The market resolves based exclusively on runs scored during the 9th inning of the Miami vs Washington professional baseball game scheduled for August 31, 2026. If Miami scores more runs in that inning, its corresponding market resolves to Yes. If Washington scores more runs, its market resolves to Yes. If both teams score an equal number of runs, or neither scores, the tie market resolves to Yes. Should the game be called before the 9th inning is fully completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. The resolution depends only on 9th-inning performance, even if the home team does not bat in the bottom of the inning, unless the inning is incomplete due to an early game cancellation.
