Prediction market odds, like those found on Kalshi and Predict, often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and risk management, while this market is driven by individuals trading on their own information and analysis. This can lead to discrepancies, especially when public sentiment diverges from expert opinion. Sometimes, prediction markets are more accurate than sportsbooks, particularly when there's a lot of information available and active trading. It’s a valuable comparison point for anyone following the Miami vs Arizona game.
