On Polymarket and Predict, prices can diverge due to differences in user participation, liquidity, and how each platform handles trading fees. Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For example, if one venue has more active users backing a specific outcome, its price will reflect that bias sooner. Trading volume and recent bets also shape odds uniquely on each site, so the same event can look different across them. Observers should check both to gauge where sentiment is concentrated for this market.
Injuries to key players, weather delays, or lineup changes can shift expectations and move this market. Strong recent performance by either team’s pitching or batting also influences trader sentiment. As the game approaches, any news from team announcements or pre-game warmups may cause rapid price swings. Keep an eye on league updates and roster status, as they often drive the most immediate shifts in this market.
