On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders submit bids and asks, determining the current implied probability for each outcome. The top outcome’s chance reflects the inverse of its highest bid price, updated in real time as new trades execute. Liquidity levels and recent trading volume also influence how quickly prices adjust to new information or shifts in sentiment.
