PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Polymarket and Kalshi resolve all markets based on the official final score from a-league.com.au within 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time, with identical thresholds and outcomes across spread and over/under markets.

Primary resolution logic:

Official final score published on a-league.com.au; if unavailable within 2 hours post-match, consensus of credible reporting may be used.

Core resolution logic:

  • Spread markets (-1.5, -2.5): Melbourne City wins YES if they win by 2+ goals (-1.5) or 3+ goals (-2.5); Central Coast wins YES if they win by 2+ goals (-1.5) or 3+ goals (-2.5); otherwise the opposing team resolves YES.
  • Over/Under markets (1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5): Over resolves YES if combined goals meet or exceed the threshold (2, 3, 4, 5 respectively); Under resolves YES if combined goals fall below the threshold.
  • Both Teams to Score: Resolves YES if both teams score at least one goal each; resolves NO if either team scores zero goals.
  • All markets resolve on the official final score only; extra time and penalties are excluded.
  • If game is postponed, markets remain open until completion. If game is canceled with no make-up, all markets resolve 50-50.

Edge cases & Clarifications:

  • Game Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open and unresolved until the game is completed on its rescheduled date.
  • Game Cancellation: If the game is canceled entirely with no make-up game scheduled, all markets in the group resolve 50-50.
  • Incomplete Match: If the game is started but not completed (abandoned), resolution is based on the official final score as published by a-league.com.au for the portion played.
  • Delayed Official Score Publication: If a-league.com.au does not publish final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, resolution may use consensus of credible reporting sources instead.

Timing:

Resolution occurs upon publication of the official final score on a-league.com.au, or within 2 hours post-match via credible reporting consensus if official statistics are delayed.
