This group forecasts which team – Moors Sports Club or Nondescripts Cricket Club – will have the highest individual run scorer in their upcoming Major Clubs T20 match on September 9, 2026. A 'Draw' outcome is possible if the highest scores are tied between players from both teams.
This market refers to which team's player records the highest individual run total in the cricket match between Moors Sports Club and Nondescripts Cricket Club scheduled for September 9 2026 at 12:15 AM ET in Major Clubs T20. The outcome corresponding to Moors Sports Club will be considered correct if the highest individual score in the match is recorded exclusively by a player from Moors Sports Club. The outcome corresponding to Nondescripts Cricket Club will be considered correct if the highest individual score is recorded exclusively by a player from Nondescripts Cricket Club. If the highest individual score is shared by at least one player from each team, the market will resolve to Draw. The market will resolve according to which team's player records the highest individual run total regardless of if the match is not competed (e.g. Due to weather conditions). DLS/DRS adjustments and any other on-field rulings affecting batting statistics are treated as ordinary data. If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without official batting statistics being recorded, the market will resolve Draw. If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and official statistics are available.
All markets resolve based on the actual runs scored by each team in the specified match, provided an official result is declared. If the match is cancelled before play begins, all markets resolve to fair market price. If play starts but no official result is declared (including via DLS), markets resolve to fair market price except for those based on already achieved statistics. For shortened matches with an official result declared, match winner markets resolve according to the official result, while statistical markets resolve solely on recorded statistics without projections. Additionally, if the match is delayed by more than 48 hours from its scheduled start time, all markets resolve to fair market price.
Prediction market odds, like those found on Polymarket and Kalshi, often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set odds based on their own models and risk management, while this market is driven by individual predictions and the willingness to buy or sell contracts. This can lead to discrepancies, especially when public opinion diverges from expert analysis. The efficiency of this market means odds tend to be highly informative, and can sometimes even *predict* sportsbook movements as new information emerges. Examining both sets of odds provides a more complete picture.
