This market resolves according to the finalized match result as published by https://www.espncricinfo.com/. DLS/DRS, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match is postponed/rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed. If the match is permanently canceled or abandoned or otherwise is completed without a winner, the market resolves 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and protect their margin, while prediction markets aggregate the collective beliefs of traders risking real capital. For this market, comparing the implied probability here to major sportsbook lines can reveal whether one venue perceives the outcome differently. Prediction markets sometimes lead sportsbooks in pricing efficiency, especially when new information emerges quickly. Tracking both can help you identify value or consensus shifts.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader orders into real-time probabilities. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. When you buy or sell shares, the price adjusts based on the depth of liquidity available at that moment. This market resolves around Jul 18, 2026, once the Shivamogga Yodhas versus Coastal Kings match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will be confirmed based on the official match result, ensuring accuracy and fairness for all traders. Until that point, prices may fluctuate as new developments, team news, or pre-match conditions influence trader expectations. Resolution typically occurs within hours of the final whistle, after which all winning positions are settled automatically.
Several catalysts can shift prices significantly before the match concludes. Injury announcements or roster changes for either team often trigger sharp repricing as traders reassess competitive balance. Weather conditions, venue factors, or recent form updates can also sway sentiment. Pre-match commentary from analysts and betting syndicates may influence early trading. Once play begins, live momentum—such as an early wicket, boundary flurry, or tactical shift—typically drives the most volatile price swings. Monitoring team news and match commentary in real time helps you anticipate these moves and adjust your position accordingly.
