While sportsbooks set initial lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, this market allows anyone to trade on their beliefs, leading to odds that can diverge from those offered elsewhere. It's common to see prediction markets incorporate information and insights that aren’t immediately factored into sportsbook lines, especially as new information becomes available leading up to the event.
