While sportsbooks may lag or incorporate broader margins, this market can react instantly to new data, offering a more nuanced view of the contest.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders determine prices through their bets, which adjust the odds dynamically based on supply and demand. The current top outcome reflects the collective wisdom of participants, with its chance percentage showing the implied probability derived from those bets. As new information emerges — such as player form or weather updates — the market may shift, reflecting updated expectations for who will win.
This market resolves around Sep 9, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result will be determined by the official match conclusion, matching the final score and winner against the predictions made by traders. Injuries, weather delays, or last-minute player withdrawals could shift this market significantly, as they alter the perceived likelihood of each outcome. Strong performances in warm-up matches, media comments from the players, and even betting trends on Polymarket can also influence odds. Any new information that changes the expected balance of power between the competitors has the potential to move prices rapidly as traders react.
