Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on expert analysis and incorporate a profit margin, while this market allows traders to express their own beliefs about the outcome. If a significant discrepancy exists between prediction market probabilities and sportsbook odds, it might indicate that the market perceives information differently or that arbitrage opportunities are present. It's important to remember that both represent probabilities, but are derived through different mechanisms.
This market resolves around Sep 29, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the official result of the Dessi vs Lokoli match, as declared by the relevant boxing authorities. The market will determine which fighter is declared the winner, or if the match ends in a draw. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on the final outcome and their positions in this market.
