Generally, prediction market odds tend to reflect the wisdom of the crowd, often proving more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds, especially when considering information not fully priced into the sportsbook lines. Sportsbooks may incorporate biases or limitations in their modeling, while this market allows a broader range of participants to contribute their insights. However, sportsbook odds can sometimes move more quickly in response to breaking news, while this market relies on traders actively updating their positions. It’s important to compare both to gain a comprehensive understanding of the perceived probabilities.
