Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set their odds based on internal models and aim to profit from imbalances in betting. This market, however, allows anyone to trade based on their own information and analysis. Therefore, differences between prediction market probabilities and sportsbook odds can emerge, especially as new information becomes available or public sentiment shifts. It's valuable to compare both to form a well-rounded view.
