Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, which represents their profit margin. This market, driven by the collective wisdom of traders, aims to reflect the true probability of an event occurring, potentially offering more favorable odds for informed bettors. However, discrepancies can arise due to differing opinions, information access, and risk assessments between the two types of markets. It's always wise to compare odds from various sources before making a decision.
