Generally, prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and incorporate a profit margin, while this market is driven by traders directly expressing their beliefs. If a significant discrepancy exists, arbitrage opportunities may arise, where traders can profit by betting on both platforms. However, it’s important to note that prediction markets may have lower liquidity than established sportsbooks, and the odds can be more volatile, especially closer to the event date. This can lead to differences in implied probabilities.
This market resolves around Sep 13, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result declared by the relevant boxing authorities. The winner of the Pozzuoli boxing match will determine the settlement of this market. It’s important to note that the resolution process relies on publicly available information and established sporting results, ensuring a transparent and verifiable outcome for all participants. Any disputes will be handled according to Polymarket’s standard procedures.
