Generally, prediction market odds tend to reflect a more accurate forecast than traditional sportsbook odds, particularly as the event approaches. This is because prediction markets aggregate the wisdom of the crowd, incentivizing participants to provide informed predictions. While sportsbooks may incorporate biases or limitations in their modeling, this market allows anyone to participate and express their view. However, it’s important to remember that both can be influenced by external factors and initial sentiment, and discrepancies can occur based on differing information or risk assessments.
