This market, however, is driven by the collective wisdom of traders who are incentivized to accurately predict the outcome. As a result, prediction market odds can sometimes diverge from sportsbook odds, especially when there is significant public information or a strong consensus forming among traders. It’s common to see prediction markets move more quickly to incorporate new information.
