Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, which can sometimes differ from sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set their lines based on models and risk management, while this market allows anyone to express their belief about the outcome. If prediction market odds diverge significantly from sportsbook odds, it could indicate that the market believes the sportsbook is mispricing the event, or that new information hasn't yet been fully incorporated into the sportsbook's lines. It’s a fascinating comparison to consider when evaluating potential value.
